Roles and responsibilities

Broadly, this will involve facets of:

● Coaching, training and mentoring of individuals within the team

● Supporting strategic activities such as outbound prospecting campaigns based on quarterly priorities

set for various functions

● Supporting reporting and process efficiency

● Helping the team achieve their targets and goals and closely monitoring effort vs performance

● Brainstorming on ways to improve our go-to-market proposition

● Maintain a regular roster of training needs and enabling them

● Actively think about resourcing and support hiring; improve team morale to reduce attrition

● Engage with marketing and solutions to understand and enhance go-to-market strategy

● Support on delivery and other reviews (quarterly and yearly) and regularly support measurement of

ROI

● Support on managing vendor relationships and managing costs in a smart and efficient way

● Collaborating with Inside Sales Head and CCOs to extract the maximum out of the team to build a

strong sales pipeline

Ideal Candidate

● 6–10 years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Inside Sales or related sales support

activities withinAnalytics and/or Research services for International markets

● Excellent communication skills

● Self-starter and self-motivated individual

● Mentoring and team management skills and aspirations

● Proficient in excel, and has a penchant for process efficiency

● Experience in interacting with salesfolks and external clients

● Knowledge of business research and advisory services and solutions across functions/sectors

● Ability to write impactful and engaging content to promoteTSC’s brand and solutions in the market

● Ownership and responsibility

● Attitude to learn and try new things

Other Skills

● Team working and managing skills

● Ability to prioritize and multi-task

● Should be dynamic, energetic and should be good at organizing information

● Comfortable with working in a manner that provides more coverage with the UK and the US time

zones (the Inside Sales team works in the UK time zone, and the SEALs team also has some overlap

with this zone). It would also be desirable for the individual to work from the office as much as possible.
