Key Responsibilities
- Be first point of contact for internal knowledge related matters
- Work on TSC subscribed databases to source the information
- Work on the knowledge repository, including external data sources
- Work with knowledge managers to ensure content is current and accurate
- Provide support establish, sustain and nurture KM best practices adoption across TSC team
- Work on internal knowledge products such as Amplifi and KMS
- Follow established and documented workflow standards for publishing content on portals/KMS/Amplifi.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree (Any Graduate/Post Graduate)
- Knowledge of databases such as Capital IQ, Eikon/Bloomberg and Nexis will be preferable
- Understands the lifecycle of knowledge/information
- Is able to effectively communicate with Project Leads/Managers/Requester
- 1-2years of experience in the area of research, content collection, knowledge management
