Roles and responsibilities
► The Presentation Specialist will be required to design and enhance a variety of materials including
client/sales presentations and marketing materials in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and other MS
Office Tools
► The ideal candidate is a skilled graphic designer and a visual storyteller, who has the ability to take
content from multiple stakeholders and visualize it using graphics, animation and information
visualization (e.g. infographics) so that it tells a visually compelling and cohesive story.
► Create, edit, & enhance business presentations using high impact visualisations (infographics and
charts)
► Creative thinking through designs, while understanding business standards and creating
presentations independently
► Present compelling data in a way that is engaging, clear and powerful
► Effectively communicate concepts and data analysis, based on the context and content provided by
the business team
► Develop graphics and layouts for the infographics based on the slide content
► Regular designing and formatting of the deliverables assigned by the PL. Consistency check, follow
the company's brand guideline, and ensure the deliverables are client ready.
Ideal candidate
► 3+ years of experience as Presentation Specialist/Designer/Visualizer
► Extensive experience in MS PowerPoint and have a good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
► Experience of understanding and formalising required end deliverables within defined time frames
► Operational experience of tools such as Prezi, Photoshop, Illustrator
► Should be adept in understanding the flow of slides in a presentation and the ability to structure
slides, as well as content, in such a manner that the storyline is highly impactful
► Creativity for page layout and graphics
► Ability to constantly maintain the quality levels across all projects, ability to do multi-tasking and
should be able to handle work in pressurized environment
